Where are my tickets?

The fastest way to get your tickets is to find your order confirmation email. You can also check your Eventyay account or the Eventyay app. If you still can’t find your tickets, contact the event organizer and ask them to resend your tickets.

Search for an email from # [email protected]

Check your both your inbox and spam folder. The tickets and invoice are in sent in PDF. An sample email as below:

Click ‘My Tickets’ under the control panel (tap on your profile icon on the top right)
